A New Chapter with Patrick Connolly

As Pete’s Tavern honors its history, the institution is also embracing the future with the appointment of Patrick Connolly as its first Vice President of Operations, according to a press release on NYC Newswire.

Connolly brings more than 25 years of industry leadership, with recognition from the James Beard Foundation and the Michelin Guide for his culinary excellence. His career began in a neighborhood pub not unlike Pete’s, shaping his belief in the importance of community and authenticity.
