JIG Creates Complete Digital Marketing Campaign for Luxury Property

One thing about our team, we love real estate! It was natural for us to get excited about creating a complete digital marketing campaign for a new Luxurious 63 Unit property in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn. By creating the logo, website, video, photography, and PR, we had this covered from A-Z.

The website uses some advanced HTML5 capabilities to create an animated sky effect on the homepage. The marketing video was created by our in-house video production team, Aip & Chimp, and promoted through our hyper-local new website, Brooklyn Buzz.

September 25th, 2014 – New York – As Brooklyn booms and blooms, so too does its luxurious new constructions. Touted as the best NYC neighborhood to live in by New York Magazine, Park Slope has seen a remarkable amount of residential growth in the past decade. Riding the wave is Park Slope’s newest large rental development, 278 Sixth, located at 278 6th Street in the heart of the Slope.

According to Urban Realty’s CEO Joe Cruz “83% of Park Slope residents work white collar jobs bringing in well above $120,000. The demand for these luxury units is on the rise and the time is now”.

Harry Garcia, co-founder of Urban Realty agrees with Cruz, claiming that “278 Sixth is exactly what the neighborhood needs; quality apartments with reasonable rents.” Through the non-traditional marketing tactics of Jones Innovative, Garcia expects the building to reach 100% occupancy within 45 days of the building opening.

Jones Innovative Group has been contracted to create all digital marketing assets, which include logos, videos, photos, renderings and the corporate website. The company’s VP, Vernon Jones, claims, “nine out of ten renters rely on the internet as their primary research source. That’s exactly why we’re aiming to spread the word about 278 Sixth through hyper local lifestyle media sites.”
