546 Fourth is being marketed by Urban Realty, one of Park Slope’s high volume brokers, with over 400 exclusive units. Our hyperlocal media outlet BrooklynBuzz.comcaught up with Urban Realty’s CEO, Joe Cruz, who gave us an exclusive look into the property. According to Joe, “546 Fourth is just what Park Slope needs; open layouts with energy efficient amenities”.

The facility is pending LEED Gold rating and is committed to American-made products. Amenities include a Virtual Doorman, landscaped roof terrace, energy star appliances, private balconies, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Urban Realty NYC, one of Park Slope’s high volume brokers with over 400 apartment exclusives is responsible for bringing 278 Sixth to market. According to Urban Realty’s CEO Joe Cruz, the two words that best describe why 278 Sixth trumps the competition are “King Sized”. He goes on to say, “What makes us different from all of these new Park Slope buildings is that we have King Sized bedrooms. You can comfortably fit a King Sized bed with other furniture. Such a simple necessity that is finally addressed.”

Harry Garcia, co-founder of Urban Realty agrees with Cruz, claiming that “278 Sixth is exactly what the neighborhood needs; quality apartments with reasonable rents.” Through the non-traditional marketing tactics of Jones Innovative, Garcia expects the building to reach 100% occupancy within 45 days of the building opening.
